Class Registration Info

Class registration is online only. You can make your payment by credit card or by mailing us a check.

Registration fees include many of the supplies you need. It is important for you to review your class description page to view what you need to bring with you.

Be sure to put yourself on our waiting list if a class you want to take is full. To get on the waiting list for a class, call Patti Jo Newsom @ 817-917-7873 or email [email protected] 

If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, you MUST contact us before August 30, 2022 in order to receive a refund. Note that NGS will withhold $10 per cancelled class to cover processing fees. To cancel, call Patti Jo Newsom @ 817-917-7873 or email [email protected]

If a class does not meet the minimum number of students by August 30th, the class will be cancelled, you will be contacted and your full registration fee will be refunded.

Classes are held under canopies outside, so dress in layers. It's also a good idea to bring a sun hat or cap.

If your class includes cutting and carving activities, you must bring a dust mask and eye protection, and you might want to bring an apron to protect your clothing from dust. 

A food truck will be available for lunches on Friday and Saturday. We will not have a food truck on Sunday, so you'll need to bring a sack lunch with you if you have a Sunday class. There are also some fast food places close by.
