For Love of Giraffes

Class description

If you love giraffes or know someone special who loves giraffes that you might like to make a giraffe for then you should join us as we make a whole herd of giraffes. They stand about 18 inches tall and each one comes out different. A kit is provided with everything you need, so you just need to come ready to have fun creating you part of the herd.

This class is for all levels of gourders, and if you work diligently you will have your own little finished Giraffe.

A kit is provided that includes Directions and everything you will need to make your little giraffe. Each Kit includes a Faber Castell Pitt Pen and 2 Bottles of Alcohol Ink in case you want to create a herd of your own.

Just come ready to have fun!

Bring An Apron to protect your clothes.

Class Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel this class, you MUST contact us before September 1, 2019 in order to receive a refund. Note that NGS will withhold $10 per cancelled class to cover processing fees. To cancel, call Patti Jo Newsom @ 817-917-7873 or email [email protected]

If a class does not meet the minimum number of students by the class cancellation cut-off date, the class will be cancelled, you will be contacted and your full registration fee will be refunded.

About the instructor

I have created Art my entire life one way or another. In college I found design to be my favorite. Over the years I have worked in different medias, including wood burning and carving. After finding GOURDS I fell in love. I enjoy using all my learned skills to create Art on Gourds.
